Job description

Motivated, personable Office Assistants are needed to perform clerical duties in a busy office environment. Will perform office services to provide support to staff, working under immediate supervision. There are openings at job-sites in Lower Manhattan and in Long Island City in Queens. Job responsibilities are as follows:

  • Distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail for shipping using postage meter
  • Acting as a backup receptionist
  • Copying documents, stocking office supplies and kitchen supplies
  • Performing general maintenance of the facility and office equipment

What you need to have

Skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word is required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior related experience is a strong plus
Languages
