Daily schedule 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM. Location: Downtown Brooklyn

We are recruiting for reliable Office Assistants to provide support to the Records Management unit by sorting, indexing and tracking records using spreadsheets and performing data entry in a busy office environment. Assistants will perform administrative services to provide support to staff, working under immediate supervision.

Job responsibilities are as follows:

  • Distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail for shipping using postage meter
  • Acting as a backup receptionist
  • Performing clerical duties
  • Copying documents, stocking office supplies and kitchen supplies
  • Performing general maintenance of the facility and office equipment

What you need to have

  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word is required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior related experience is a strong plus
