Job description

A sharp, detail-oriented clerical worker is sought to fulfill procurement-related duties in a busy office environment. This position requires an individual to compile information and records in order to draw up purchase orders for the procurement of materials and services. Worksite location in Long Island City, Queens.

What you need to have

  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior experience & qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of office experience using computer skills
  • Prior purchasing experience is required
  • Experience with scanning and imaging is strongly preferred
