Job description

Sharp, detail-oriented candidates sought to fulfill procurement-related duties in a busy office environment. This position requires an individual to compile information and records in order to draw up purchase orders for the procurement of materials and services.

Hours: Level 1 - 8:00am to 4:00pm and Level 2 - 9:00am to 5:00pm

  • Create purchase orders for the acquisition of materials
  • Research, interview, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications
  • Provide routine administrative support
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude

What you need to have

  • Knowledge and understanding of general office software, such as Word and Excel
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Level 1: 1 year of related experience required
  • Level 2: 2+ years related experience required
