Job description


Seeking top candidates to work with a prominent customer to perform the following duties:

  • Prepare and package Bid documents for public release
  • Solicit and/or negotiate quotes and issue purchase orders
  • Obtain vendor information and conduct market research on goods and services
  • Liaise with internal clients, SMEs and vendors
  • Assist with process improvement projects

What you need to have

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Possess strong organizational, arithmetical and data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work collectively within the team environment
  • Knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in procurement or any sourcing capacity required
  • 60 College credits
