Job description

Articulate and presentable office for professional office setting in the Financial district in Lower Manhattan. 9 to 5 schedule.

Duties included, but not limited to:

  • Greeting vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors
  • Answering inquiries and providing information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at the establishment and the location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization
  • May operate a multi-line phone or switchboard to route incoming calls to 10-20 extensions and place outgoing calls

What you need to have

Skills
  • Possess knowledge of office skills and procedures
  • Proficient with MS Word and typing speed of 25 wpm
  • Polite and presentable
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 3+ years of related experience required
