6:00AM TO 2:00PM SHIFT

Exciting opportunity for motivated candidates with office skills and experience to provide support to the customer service/call center of a busy public entity.

Duties include:

  • Answering inquiries and retrieving information for the general public, customers, visitors, and others
  • Providing information regarding services provided, including the location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization
  • Perform general office duties including data entry

What you need to have

  • Good proficiency with computer skills required
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience required
