We have open positions for motivated candidates with office skills and experience!

Location: Long Island City, Queens, NY

Openings are available for Receptionist/Information Clerks to provide support to the customer service/call center unit of a busy public organization.

Duties include:

  • Answering inquiries and retrieving information for the general public, customers, visitors, and others
  • Providing information regarding services provided, including the location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization
  • Performing general office duties including data entry

What you need to have

Skills
  • Good proficiency with computer skills is required
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Fully proficient bilingual candidates are strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word/Excel is required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 1+ years of related work experience is required
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent
Languages
