Exciting opportunity in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan for reliable, motivated individuals to work in a Records Department setting for an important New York City organization!

Daily schedule: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM

Records Clerks are needed to perform the following duties:

  • Performing data entry
  • Packing and labeling boxes
  • Carrying boxes from the storage rooms to other locations
  • Locating and retrieving company records as requested
  • Inventorying stored records; may assist in destruction of records

What you need to have

  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Basic data entry competency demonstrable via online assessments
  • Candidates must be comfortable with heavy lifting and prolonged standing and walking
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Up to 1 year of related experience is required
