Job description

Seeking an efficient Recruiter to perform the following but not limited duties:

  • Screening resumes, performing reference and background checks
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to the company hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Providing support, guidance, and training to personnel staff as required
  • Participating in the review of training needs of staff making appropriate proposals to meet identified needs

What you need to have

Skills
  • Must be computer proficient
  • Possess excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with a team
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Knowledge of personnel policy, federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Prior IT recruiting experience required
Languages
