Here is a great opening for a dynamic, motivated Recruiting Professional to help a respected non-profit in the Astoria section of Queens, NY. You should be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of community-based organizations to source for applicants. Applicants with strong time-management skills are encouraged to apply! You will be recruiting for staff for retail store positions in all five boroughs of New York City. Rate of pay may vary based on experience

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Posting online job listings to attract to talent based on hiring needs
  • Screening candidates and scheduling interviews with retail store personnel
  • Checking references and working with other HR members to complete the recruiting process
  • Performing other related duties as needed

  • Good proficiency in computer skills: typing, Word, Excel
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior recruiting experience in a large retail organization is a strong plus
  • Willing to travel to all different areas in New York City
