Various Locations – MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL (starts at Penn Station)

Hours: Shifts between 6:00am to 11:00pm & weekends (must be available to work 25+ hours per week)

  • Must be extremely reliable and willing to work a flexible work schedule

Duties:

  • Ensure that counts are acquired and recorded appropriately
  • Count passengers, distribute and collect surveys at various subway stations

What you need to have

Skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Maintain a neat appearance and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work quickly, quietly, accurately, and in an organized manner required
  • Basic reading and arithmetic skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read public train timetables and be familiar with territory, station names and train destinations
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Must be physically able to walk through a 12 - car train
  • This position requires climbing stairs, prolonged standing and walking
  • Some areas where applicants will be conducting counts may be very hot or cold depending on weather conditions
Languages
