Job description

Seeking highly experienced professionals to assist in the daily operations of the office by providing administrative assistance and clerical support to Administration Executive and Senior Management teams. Will be working with highly confidential files and must use discretion.

Worksite location: Long Island City, Queens

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

(promptness and attendance is mandatory on a daily basis)

What you need to have

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and handle multiple high-priority administrative assignments simultaneously, and to work independently, when necessary, towards creative problem solving
  • Preferred candidates should have excellent analytical and reasoning skills, strong written and oral communications skills; and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment
  • Experienced with scheduling and able to handle multiple calendars
  • Must be proficient with computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and typing
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior relevant professional administrative experience is required
