Location(s): Castle Hill, The Bronx & Lower Manhattan, NY

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Highly professional candidates needed to provide high-level administrative support to Directors of Professional Development and Performance Management.

Duties include:

  • Conducting research, preparing statistical reports and handling information requests
  • Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Developing electronic system for tracking data
  • Performing data entry and analysis
  • Coaching adults/working with adult learners
  • Goal-setting for self and others
  • Providing feedback and addressing developmental needs of staff
  • Delivering PD/Facilitation
  • Working collaboratively, receiving feedback from a supervisor and using that feedback to improve performance
  • May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff

What you need to have

Skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Data entry and Microsoft office systems
Prior experience & qualifications
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent required
  • At least 1-2 years of related work experience required

Must have experience in the following areas:

  • Project Coordination
  • Coaching adults/working with adult learners
  • Goal-setting for self and others
  • Providing feedback and addressing developmental needs of staff
Languages
