Job description

Reliable, experienced detail-oriented office clerks sought to perform advanced clerical duties in an office in White Plains. Must be able to enter complex data into spreadsheets accurately.

Duties include:

  • Completing intake forms and verifying eligibility of applicants for funded programs
  • Entering data to compile statistical information for various reports
  • Typing, proof-reading and completion of reports
  • Compiling and maintaining records and filing systems
  • Processing orders, receiving stock, storing and distributing supplies
  • Maintaining inventory and physical maintenance and up-keep of the stock area and associated equipment

What you need to have

Skills
  • Comfortable using PC
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Strong familiarity with MS Excel is required
  • Possess a full range of skills to operate office equipment
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior relevant office experience is strongly preferred
