Job description

  • Under supervision of an on-site Data Manager, accurately enters child and family data into an electronic database from paper or electronic files in the manner and methods required; (training on the database system will be provided)
  • Maintains confidentiality of information and abide by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA); (company will provide this information)
  • Communicate with supervisor daily on status of each child record
  • May be requested to communicate with other team members on the status of a child record

What you need to have

  • Ability to successfully enter complex data (numerical and text) into an electronic system
  • Proven success in a time-sensitive, high volume production environment
  • Ability to maintain and high level of focus, diligence, and attention to detail during the data entry process;
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word programs
Prior experience & qualifications
  • At least 3 years of related Data Entry experience needed
  • Previous experience with medical or educational records is highly preferred
