Eligibility of temporary workers according to the new Earned Sick Time Act
We have received many inquiries regarding the eligibility of temporary workers for earned paid sick leave according to the new Earned Sick Tim Act. The New York City Department of Consumer Affairs, which has also received many inquiries, has announced that they will issue a determination shortly.
Once that determination has been issued, we will announce it by email to all of our temporary employees working at the time of the determination and on our web site blog.
