Tech savvy jobseekers hide online personas

Tech savvy jobseekers on the hunt for work are quickly learning it pays to ensure that the privacy settings on their social networking profiles

Facebook, Twitter, etc, are secure to outside prying eyes. A recent Microsoft survey has uncovered that 70% of recruiters and headhunters searched for social networking profiles of job applicants and then rejected those applicants based on the information that they found.
